"Samsung Electronics is a user of the DIDb card system since 2009. We are very satisfied with the system. Samsung Electronics has to work with good companies and good drivers. In case of the DIDb the security perspective is approached from a positive side, with a lot of benefits for the driver itself. The result is a complete database with a high preventive effect. The threshold for criminal drivers to enter the system is very high. Cooperation is the success of DIDb."
"DHL Supply Chain Hungary is using DIDb services at its four biggest sites in Hungary. These are:
- PDC (TPVision – ex Philips)
- BIA (Huawei)
- M1 (Henkel, Imperial Tobacco)
- UDC (Danone, Beiersdorf, Budapest Pharma Platform).
Analysing the sectors of pharmaceutical and tobacco, we found that using DIDb system as an additional security measure, DHL Supply Chain Hungary reached a more advantageous position compared to the position of other service providers, thanks to the fact that DIDb focuses on the biggest risk, the human factor.
We can declare that we have not got cargo crime incidents with driver involvement in these sites since the starting date of the DIDb system.
Our customers like this additional security service, they are satisfied with it. We offer DIDb to our new, potential customers as a basic service.
Drivers like the system because the procedure to entry at the gate has been quicker and easier, in case of holding a DIDb card."
"We started to inspire our drivers based on our big customer request applying for DIDb card in 2011. Waberer’s International belongs to the biggest road transportation and logistics companies in Europe employing more than 3000 truck drivers. After the usage of DIDb card our company managed to increase the reliability of the drivers, and increased the level of service(security) as well, Waberer’s International endeavour to have more and more DIDb registered drivers. Nowadays more than 60% of our drivers hold DIDb card and only those drivers are able to transport high security valuable loads at our company."
